INGREDIENTS:
- 1 garlic clove
- 500ml AYRAN
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 5 fresh mint leaves
PREPARATION:
Grate cucumber, mash garlic with mint leaves; Pour AYRAN in a mug, add olive oil by one drop and the mix it, not letting the oil to set; Add cucumber and mint/ garlic mash and mix it. Decorate with fennel seeds.
