Panna Cotta With Ayran


  • 3 teaspoons of gelatin
  • 200ml AYRAN
  • 200ml 30% sweet cream
  • 5 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 teaspoons of muesli


Mix gelatin in cold water and leave to swell it for 30min, then heat it in hot water bowl and stir to dissolve it; Mix sweet cream with Ayran, add sugar, mix until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin and mix again. Leave it on room temperature to cool down. When the mixture is chilled pour it into ramekins and place them in refrigerator. Mash kiwi with banana. Add this fruit mash on top of Panna Cotta base. Decorate with orange slices and muesli.
